My name is Lisa Bremner. I know that sometimes life can get challenging and I’m here to ease the your employee issues and get you back on track. I am an innovative, experienced, passionate and committed Human Resource Professional with diverse experience in the entire range of HR practices that ensure a productive and stable workforce. With a business and commercial focus, tertiary qualifications in HR/IR and a diploma in Lean, working at either the executive strategic level, or operationally hands on space, I offer practical and pragmatic advice and help on all HR matters.

As a dedicated professional, I have post graduate Executive Certificate in Human Resources and Industrial Relations from Monash University. I am a member of Australian Human Resource Institute  (AHRI) as a Certified Professional Member, and I am committed to keeping abreast of trends and developments in the field.

I have a track record in dealing with difficult industrial relations negotiations, leading and defining cultural change programs, setting up HR practices, systems, policies and procedures at either existing or greenfield sites, and of being the inaugural HR professional in organisations that have grown to the level where that role is required.
